PCALA Board of Directors Applications Now Open

The Park City Area Lodging Association (PCALA) is currently accepting applications for two open seats on our Board of Directors, as well as one Associate Board seat.

Each position will serve a three-year term and offer an opportunity to play an active role in guiding the Association, representing our membership, and supporting initiatives that strengthen Park City’s lodging industry.

Open Positions

• 2 Board of Directors Seats – Three-year terms

• 1 Associate Board Seat – Two-year term

We are looking for engaged members who want to get more involved, bring their ideas and industry perspective to the table, and help shape the future direction of PCALA.

Board members are expected to participate in regular meetings, contribute to discussions and decision-making, and actively support the Association’s programs, priorities, and advocacy efforts.

If you are interested in serving—or know someone within your organization who would be a great addition to the Board—we encourage you to apply.

Trustee Expectations:

• Champion PCALA’s mission by sharing our work and values with the community.

• Actively participate by attending at least 75% of Member meetings (monthly, first Wednesday at 8:30 a.m.) and Board meetings (monthly, second Monday at 9:00 a.m.), as well as other committee meetings and special events.

• Make decisions in the best interest of the Association.

• Stay informed, ask questions, and take responsibility for shaping policies and key initiatives.

• Collaborate in good faith with staff and fellow Trustees to achieve organizational goals.

Applications are due by November 6, 2026. Election results will be announced at the Member Meeting on December 2, 2026.
